When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to our entire community, we require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Single Visit & Initial Evaluation Policy: Late Cancellation/No-Show: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Twila, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, will conduct a thorough examination during your first visit to determine if physical therapy is appropriate for you or if a visit to your physician or another medical provider is advisable before continuing. Note, if you have a prescription or referral for physical therapy, please bring it to your first appointment.
